for the Supply of Different types of TYRES WITH INNER TUBES & FLAPS
of which quantity requires will be described under Instruction for
bidders & Technical Specification.

Therefore:
1. Bidders
who can provide currently renewed Trade License, Recent Tax
Clearance from Inland Revenue Authority, Registration
Certificate fro the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, for
which they are listed on suppliers List and VAT Registration
Certificate fro the concerned Authority can participate for the BID.
2. Upon
submission of a written application attached with documents listed
under No. 1 above, a
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased fro ORRA’s
Procurement Branch Office No. 703 against non-refundable payment of
Birr 100 starting from the date of the 1st appearance of
this invitation notice on The Ethiopian Herald.
3. Bidders
shall Prepare BID PROPOSAL IN TWO COPIES (ONE “ORIGNAL” & “ONE
PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL”) in accordance with the following
Volumes Sealed SEPARATELY &
shall submit in the wax-sealed envelopes.
Volume I. Technical
Proposal (One Original & One Photocopy of The Original Sealed
Separately).
Volume II.
Financial Proposal (One
Original & One Photocopy of
the Original
Sealed Separately)
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 40,000.00 in the
form of Bank Guarantee of CPO only.
5. Bid
Proposal (both Technical & Fanatical Proposal) shall be submitted on
or before December 26, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Technical
Proposal will started to be opened on December 26, 2007 at 04:00
P.M. & Financial Proposal of Technically qualified bidders will be
opened after 15 days from the opening date of Technical Proposal,
i.e. January 04, 2008, at 3:30 P.M.
7. The
Bid prepared by the Bidders shall be written In English Language.
