1. The
Somali Regional State Rural Roads Authority invites all contractors
of GC-5 or RC-5 and above regularly registered with the Ministry of
Works and Urban Development and renewed their license for the
current Ethiopian budget year for the Maintenance of the following
Roads.
I.
Harshin –Daror Rural Road Maintenance
II.
Gode-Bargel Rural Road Maintenance
III.
Hargele-Bargel Rural Road Maintenance
2. Interested
bidders can collect the complete bid document from Somali Region
Rural Roads Authority, Jijiga, upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Birr 200.00 for each bid.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Somali Regional
Rural Roads Authority Planning and Contract Administration
Department.
4. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing offer for furnishing all labour equipment and
material and for performing and completing all works as illustrated
and described in the Bid Document shall be deposited in the prepared
box in Somali Regional Rural Roads Authority Room No.8 on or before
the closing date, that is 15 calendar days from the announcement of
this bid.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidder’s or bidders’
representatives who choose to attend at 3:00 PM after 15 calendar
days from the announcement date of this bid in Somali Regional Rural
Roads Authority Room No.8.
6. Contractors
are required to submit Bid Bond in the sum of one percent (1%) of
the Bid price in the for stated in the instruction to Bidders.
7. The
Somali Regional State Rural Roads Authority reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
