1. The
Tender remain floating from Nov. 28, 2007 until Dec. 19, 2007. Bid
documents can be obtained from East Addis Ababa Zone New Bright
Building 3rd Floor room No. 306 during office hours upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders
should submit their renewed original license & VAT registration
certificate with copies when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 3000.00
(Three Thousand Birr).
3. The
bid bond must be in either of the following form:
A)
Certified cheque (CPO)
B)
Issued by a recognized bank or Bank guarantee from recognized
Bank
4. Bidders
who whish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash are required to
deposit at New Bright Building 3rd floor before Dec. 19
2007, 4:00 PM and produce the receipt during the bid opening date.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC EAAZ office Room No. 306 until Dec. 19, 2007
before 4:00 PM.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC EAAZ office Room No. 402 on Dec.20, 2007 at
10:00 AM.
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
