Description

The Ethiopian shipping Lines invites interested eligible bidders who can do maintenance works of IT equipments and intranet network on an extended contract agreement base.

A complete set of bid document can be obtained from Ethiopian shipping Lines office 2^nd floor General Service division against payment of non-refundable Birr 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) during office hours after furnishing evidence for fulfilling of eligibility criteria. Bidders should submit renewed license, VAT certificate and registration certified from concerned government bodies.

Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 5% of the bid amount in the form of certified check (CPO).

Bids should be submitted in a separate wax-sealed envelope as listed below.

     Envelope one Bid security in the form of certified check
     (CPO)
     Envelope two Financial proposal with original and copy
     Envelope three Technical proposal & Staff profile with
     original and copy within
     10(ten) working days from the date of announcement in
     The Ethiopian Herald.

Bid closing date shall be on the 10^th working day at 5:00 PM local time. The Bidding may visit IT Equipments of Ethiopian Shipping Lines S.C. which shall be covered under this contract at their own cost in order to assess the nature and cost of work required to be done.

Bid shall be opened on the 11^th (eleventh) working day at 10:00 AM local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Bid received after due date, incomplete in any respect and/or not accompanied by the required documents are liable to be rejected. Ethiopian Shipping Lines reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bid.
