valid for the current fiscal year.
1. The
Gonder City Services Office has funds from the Amharaa Regional
State Urban Development Bureau for the Bridge and approach Road
construction on Shenta and Keha rivers.
2. The
Gonder City Services office invites qualified contractors of stated
category with relevant experience and valid license for the current
fiscal year, to submit wax-sealed tenders for the bridge and
approach road construction.
3. The
work on offer mainly consists of Bridge and approach road
construction.
4. Bidders
must have a valid registration certificate from the Ministry of
Infrastructure must be registered for VAT.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Gondar City Services office:

6. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased against Payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 from Gonder City Services
office.
7. The
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount Ethiopian
Birr 50,000 in the form of a certified cheque, Bank Draft, letter of
credit or bank guarantee from a reputable bank in
Ethiopia.
8. Bids
must be delivered to the address given office No.33 on or
before 12:00 noon on 21 working days
from the first announcement of the bid in The Ethiopian Herald.
9. Bids
will be opened on the same day 2:30 P.M. in the presence of those bidders/representatives who choose to attend
at the address mentioned above.
10. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after Bid opening.
11. The
Gonder City Services office has the right to reject any or all bids.
