(National Competitive Bidding)
To all
Contractors of category BC/GC 5 and above with renewed license valid
for the year 1999 E.C.
1. The
West Arsi Zone Administration Office invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor material,
equipment and service for the Construction of Administration
Office by a budget 2000.
2. Bidding
document may be purchased at the West Arsi Zone W.U.D. Department
Tel. 0461101366 up on submission of written application and
non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) for each set
starting from announced on news paper up to 30 days.
3.
Bidders have to be registered to collect “VAT” and copy of
VAT certificate, construction license and registration certificate
to be submitted attached with the application.
4.
Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect and
ac quire the bidding documents at the above mentioned West Arsi Zone
W & U.D. Department
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable from of
(CPO) or Bank Guarantee) 1% of the bid amount and must be submitted
on or before 12:00 AM 31st date from announcement.
6. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives on the same day of submission of at 8:00
P.M. in the above mentioned office (West
Arsi zone W & U.D. Department)
7. The
construction of the work shall be completed within a maximum of 350
cal. days from the commencement date of the work.
8. The
Employer reserves the right any or all bids. |
