The Water Works
Construction Enterprise now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for supply & delivery of pumps & Generators of the following
capacity from X-stock.
1. 120 KVA Generating set: Qty 2 set
2. 300 KW Generating set: Qty 2 set
1. Interested
eligible bidders or their representatives may obtain further
information from & inspect the bidding documents at the office of
procurement service of WWCE headquarter located in Gurdshola, near
Lucy Academy during normal working
hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 including
VAT.
2. Bidders
should enclose currently renewed trade license, VAT & Tax payers
registration certificate with their bids.
3. Bids
must be submitted in one envelope and accompanied by a bid bond not
less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee CPO or
certified check.
4. Bids
should be delivered in person to WWCE in a wax-sealed envelope with
a statement “Not to be opened before Nov. 16/2007” Marked on the
envelope.
5. Bids
will be closed on Nov. 15/2007 at 5:00 and will be opened on Nov.
16/2007 at 9:30 A.M. at the conference hall of WWCE in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who may choose to attend.
The Water Works
Construction Enterprise reserves the right to reject partial or all
bids.
