Invitation To Bid 2^nd Call

To: All contractors of Category GC/BC class 4 & above with valid license for this year.

1.      The Agarfa Agricultural Technical Vocational Education and Training College has funds within the employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of TVET College Maintenance Works at Agarfa.

2.      The Agrafa Agricultural Technical Vocational Educational and Training College invites saled bids from eligible bidders stated here in above.

3.      Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open National tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.

4.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30 hours to 16:30 hours Local time.

5.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Tikimit 27, 2000 E.C. by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written Application, VAT Registration certificate Ministry of works and urban Development Trade License & bid participation Supporting Letter at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Eth. Birr 1,807 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Seven only).

6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c)  at or before 12:00 Hours Hidar 27,  2000 E.C. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000.00 payable at first demand. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representative who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 hrs Hidar 27, 2000 E.C.

e)      The bidders are instructed to submit all copies of the bid in five inner envelopes i.e. (Technical proposal, Financial Offer and Bid security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” both for the “Technical proposal” and “Financial Offer”.

f)       The Agarfa Agricultural Technical Vocational Educational and Training College has the right to reject any or all bids.

Bidders are instructed to fill, sign and seal all the forms of ITB.
