1. The
SNNP Water Resources Bureau invites all eligible bidders for the
construction of Water Supply Project in different Woredas of Sidama
Zone in Lots listed below.

The project in
short comprises of capping of springs and installation of
(GI/uPVC/DCI), pipes, construction of collection chambers,
construction of reservoirs, Pump House, Public fountains and
construction of ancillary buildings and other appurtenant works.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by eligible
bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr per lot 150.00

3. Bidders
must obtain license for category GC/WC 6 & above licensed for Water
Works with valid license for the current year.
4. Bidders
must submit the TENDER QUESTIONNAIRE and the BID OFFER in separate
envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY
accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable from in the amount
equivalent to 1% of the bid amount and must be delivered to: SNNP
Regional Water Resources bureau, Procurement service, Room number
05, on or before 2:30 (11, Dec., 2007).
5. Bidders
may submit offers for all contracts or individually for each. Tender
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders their
representatives at 3:00 pm on the same date at the address indicated
in paragraph 4 above.
Aggregate merit points obtained in Tender Questionnaire and Bid
Offer will determine the acceptable bidders for subsequent action.
6. The
SNNP Regional Water Resources Bureau reserves the right to reject
and/or all bids. |
