1. The
bidders have to present registration certificate from the Federal
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development renewed trade license
for the year.
2. Detail
information will be found in the bidding documents which are
obtainable during working hours from the finance & administration
department of the Civil Service Bureau.
3. Sealed
bid must be submitted in one envelope, one original and one copy and
be submitted in the tender box up to the closing date.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidder and /their
representatives who with the attended on November 15, 2007 at Civil
Service Bureau of Somali Regional State.
5. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
