PART 1 NOTICE TO BIDDERS
1.
The Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise invites
eligible local consulting firms with relevant experience to bid for
conduction a study of software installation.
2.
A complete set of Bidding Documents with Terms of Reference (TOR)
may be purchased by interested bidders from the address stated here
under upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50 Birr.
3.
Pre-tender
conference will be arranged on
December 18, 2008
at W.W.D.S.E. conference Room at
10:00 A.M.
4.
Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before
4:00
P.M. On December
26, 2007 and must be accompanied by 2% security bid bond.
5.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend,
December 26, 2007 at 4:30 P.M.
at Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Conference Room.
6.
All bidders are required to present certificate of
registration given by the Ministry or Finance & Economic
Development and to submit documentary evidence which shown-their
renewal of trade license for the current year and receipt for the
payment of all forms of taxes.
7.
The Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise reserves
the right to accept or reject part of all of the bidding process.
8.
