Bid documents
can be obtained from the college’s Room No. 39 during office hours
upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr)
starting from November 7, 2007.
Bidders are required to submit the
copies of their of their trade license renewed for EDY 2000 and CAT
registration certificate to the office where they will collect bid
documents.
Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid-bond in the amount
of Birr 5,000) Birr Five Thousand), and a copy of the registration
slip as suppliers with the Ministry of Finance.
The bid-bond must be only in CPO (Cash Payment Order) from
recognized bank.

Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope in the
college Room No. 13 on or before 2:00 PM on December 4, 2007.
Bid documents will be opened in the presence of interested bidders
or their representatives at 3:00 PM on December 4, 2007 at Academic
C. Hall of the College.
The College reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of
the Bids.
