The Ethiopian
Development Research Institute (EDRI) invites all interested and
eligible bidders for the provision of consultancy services to
develop new and combined Human Resource Management, Finance &
Accounts, and procurement manuals by reviewing the existing
financial, procurement and human resource management manuals, and
different manuals and contractors of grants (donors).
1. Terms
of reference (TOR) can be obtained from the Institute Room No. 406,
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (thirty) during office
hours for seven consecutive working days starting 1st day
of the first announcement up on presentation of documents indicated
on item No. 2 below.
2. Bidders
and local agents are requested to submit documentary evidence.
Currently renewed trade license
related to the goods. They are bidders for current year receipt for
the payment of Inland Revenue and other government taxes and
Evidence of registration certificate.
VAT, TIN registration certificate.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of 2% of the
total bid price in the form of cash payment order (CPO) from
recognized bank.
4. Bidders
have to submit their bids (technical and financial proposals)
separately in sealed envelope including bid security) on 19 November
2007 at 10:30 AM local time.
5. Bids
shall be valid for a period of at least 90 days after the bid
opening date 19 November 2007 at 11:00 AM.
6. Bids
will be opened on the same date 19 November 2007 at 11:00 AM at the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend the
above mentioned office.
7. Bidders
should participate for the whole lot. Bidders should submit in
wax-sealed and stamped envelopes and should be address and marked as
follows:
