1. Ethiopia
Hotels Enterprise intends to computerize its hotel operations and
management system, which is complied with hotel standards.
2. Hence,
the Enterprise invites all interested and eligible bidders to
involve in the bid.
3. Bidders
should have renewed trade license for1999 or 200 E.C. VAT, TIN
registration certificates and other supporting certificates which
show that they have done MIS in hotel sector.
4. Bid
documents can be collected from the Enterprise’s purchasing division
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00
5. Bidders
shall attach CPO from a recognized bank in the sum of 5% (Five
percent) of the total tender amount before the bid is opened.
6. The
tender remains floating for 15 consecutive days.
7. Complete
wax-sealed bids (Financial and Technical Separately) can be put in
the bid box on or before the last day of the 15 Consecutive days
before 10:00 AM.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
at the Enterprise’s Conference Hall at 10:30 AM of the last
consecutive days. If the last day is weekend or holiday the bid will
be opened on the next working day.
9. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
