The Bahir Dar City Service has allocated budget towards the
cost of construction of the Saint George Church to payments under

bidders, who fulfill the following requirements, to submit sealed
bids for the construction of the road.
Certificate of registration from the
Ministry of works and Urban Development with category GC-1 or RC-1.
Valid trading license for the year
1999 and suppliers registration certificate; and
Tax clearance certificate and VAT
Bidding will be conducted through National competitive
Bidding (NCB) procedure specified in the bidding documents, and is
open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
and inspect the bidding documents at the Bahir Dar City Services

A complete set of the bidding documents in English may be
purchased by interested eligible bidders starting from the day of
announcement of this notice on newspaper up to 21 days at the Bahir
Dar City Services Office Room number 15 upon presentation of the
document mentioned under item (3) above and written application to
the same address and upon payment of application to the same address
and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 (One Thousand).
Bids must be delivered to the Bahir Dar City Services Office
Room number 15 on or before 21 days of this notice at 2:30 PM local
Number of copies of bids to be submitted: one original plus
Bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000.
Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened at 3:00 PM local time on the day after 21
days of this notice at the Bahir Dar City Services Office Room
number 15, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives
who choose to attend.
The Bahir Dar City Services reserves its rights to reject any
or all bids.
