Water Harvesting and Institutional Strengthening in Amhara (SWHISA)
is a capacity building undertaking of the governments of Amhara and
Canada. It has allocated funds to be used for the construction of
borehole, electro-mechanical installation, pump house and irrigation
infrastructure in the following area:
