Invitation for the Supply of Herbicide
For the Control of Broad & Grass Leaf Weeds in
Maize
1. The
Ethiopian Seed Enterprise (ESE) invites sealed bid form interested
eligible bidders for the supply of Herbicide for the control of
Broad & Grass Leaf Weeds on 910 ha of Maize to be used for 2008 Crop
season.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Hundred)
in cash.
3. All
bids valid for at least 90 days from bid opening date must be
submitted to ESE on or before
October 16, 2007 at 10:00 A.M.
local time, with bid bond of not less than 2% of the total bid
price.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend on October 16, 2007 at 10:30
A.M. local time at ESE Conference Hall Room No. 110.
5. ESE
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids or
waives formalities without assigning any reasons thereof:
