of Tigray (REST) invites interested bidders to bid for the supply of

Potential
bidders who have renewed their licenses for the year 2007 G.C. and
VAT registered may obtain bid documents during working hours from
the address shown below against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.
All bids must be accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent
(2%) of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole
Road, Near Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope
before or on the closing date. The closing date will be on
16 October 2007 at 5:00 P.M. local
time.
Bids will be opened on 18
October 2007 at 3:00 P.M.
in the presence of bidders or their representatives who prefer to
attend at REST office, Mekelle, Tigray.
REST reserves the right to accept or rejection the bid.
