RE-INVITATION FOR BID
Bekelcha
Transport Share Company invites all eligible bidders who have
license for the current budget year, VAT registration evidence and
registration certificate form Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development to participate in the bid the sign, developed and
installs the management information system (MIS) main office in
Nazareth and liaison offices in Addis Ababa and Dijibouti. BTSC
intends to choose a firm that meets these requirements and satisfies
the need of company.
1. Interested
Bidders may collect the bid document starting form announcement date
from Bekelcha Transport Share Company (BTSC) head office, General
Service Division Office, Nazareth of from Addis Ababa coordinating
office, in front of KADISCO building, Debre Zeit Road, upon payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00.
2. The
Bidders sealed envelopes containing an original and a copy of
financial proposals documents should be delivered to the BTSC, Addis
Ababa coordinating office, on or before May 3, 2008 up to 9:30 A.M.
& will be opened on the same date and time 10:00 A.M. at Addis Ababa
Coordinating office. Late bids will be rejected.
3. Bidders
should submit a bid security of Birr 2% of the total amount they
offer in the form of CPO along with their offer.
4. The
Bid documents shall be submitted as follows:-
4.1
The original and a copy of the financial proposal shall be
sealed in separate envelopes and marked “Original financial
Proposal” and “Copy of financial Document” respectively,
4.2
The bid security will be sealed in separate envelope marked
bid security.
5. Technical
envelopes of bidders shall be opened in the presence of the bidders
or their representatives who choose to attend at the BTSC, Addis
Ababa coordinating office.
6. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
further evaluation of Technical is completed.

8. Bekelcha
Transport Share Company reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
