Invitation to local Bid
1. MERLIN,
an international non-governmental humanitarian organization, now
invites eligible bidders for the supply of drugs for a project in
Bale Zone funded by ECHO.
2. The
Tender Documents can be purchased for 100 (One Hundred) Birr,
non-refundable, form the MERLIN office during the working hours form
the 14th April 2008 at 10:00 A.M. until 18th
April 2008 at 5:00 P.M. inclusive, Merlin is located in Bole Kifle
Ketema, Kebele 17, House No. 171, Addis Ababa; Tel. 011-664 92 97.
3. One
“Original” and one “Copy” of the bid, in separate envelopes marked
‘Original’ and ‘Copy” and should be submitted in a sealed covered
envelope at the office MERLIN not later than 12:00 P.M. 25th
April 2008. all bids should include the aforementioned Tender
Documents and be accompanied by the firm profile, past performance
record and other relevant credentials, as well as a bid security in
the form of a bank guarantee for 1% (One percent) of the bid amount.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at 10:00 A.M. the 28th April 2008 at
the Conference Room of Merlin Ethiopia.
5. Merlin
reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all bids. |
