1. The
Construction Design S. Co. (CDSC) intends to procure Water CAD
and Sewer CAD Soft wares as specified in the Bid Documents.
2. Any
interested and eligible bidder may purchase a complete set of bid
documents from the Supplies Division, Construction Design S. Co.,
P.O. Box 40036, Tel. 0114-42 33 63/42 08 00, Fax 0114-40
21/42-01-53/40 29 84 Addis Ababa, upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Birr 50 (Fifty) & presenting a copy of renewed license.
3. Bidders
can obtain any additional information from the Supplies Division,
Room No. 65 Block No. 8, Tel. 0114-42 33 63.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in the form of CPO or bank guarantee which should be valid for six
months and must be submitted on or before
May 8 2008
at 2:30 P.M. local time at the address given hereinabove.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives on the same date at 3:00 P.M. (local
time) at the Construction Design S. Co. 3rd floor Room
No. 128. Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders
are required to read and conform with all the necessary details as
specified in the Instruction to Bidders’ attached herewith.
7. The
Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
