1. The
West Gode Integrated Development Project invites sealed bids from
registered suppliers for the supply of food items of 500 families at
West Gode.
2. Interested
registered suppliers may obtain further information from and inspect
the bidding documents at the office of Administration and Finance at
the WGIDP.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
supplier from the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 for bid documents upon presentation of valid license.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of at least 2% in the
form of cash deposit or C.P.O or Bank Guarantee or insurance bond
must be delivered to the above office on or before on 28 April 2008
at 12:00 A.M.
5. Bids
will be opened at the presence of bidders or their representatives
on the 28th day of April 2008 at 17:00 P.M. at WGIDP Jijiga office.
6. The
project reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
