Re-Invitation For Bids
1. The
Amhara National Regional State of Gondar City Water Supply &
Sewerage Service (GWSSS) is intended to procure goods listed under:
Different size of Galvanized Still
pipes & Fittings.
2. Bidders
can obtain Complete Bid document form North Gondar Water Supply &
Sewerage Service Office Starting form the date of advertisement to
the next consecutive fifteen calendar days. A biding document &
specification in English can be purchased by interested bidders in
the submission of a written application to the address below and up
on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 50.00 Birr. The method of
payment is in cash only.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form written below
and purchase the bidding document from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. of official working
days.
4. Bidders
are required to present trade license valid for the year 2000 E.C.
VAT registration certificate, supplier’s registration certificate &
tax clearance paper from revenue office.
5. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the total bid price to be
offered in the form of CPO Bank guarantee or certified check.
6. Bid
in a wax-sealed envelope must be delivered to the address below in
to the bid box located at Room No.1 at every official working hours
2:30 A.M. -3:00 P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. late
bid will be rejected. Bid will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend in person at the
address below.
