Invitation for Stationeries and Computer/Copier Accessories
1. Center
for International Programs Inc. (CIP) invites all eligible and
interested bidders, which fulfills the following requirements, to
supply stationery items on contractual basis for a period of one
year Requirements of Bidders:
Latest renewed trade license at least
for the year 1999 E.C.
VAT Registered
Current capital is not less than 1,500,000.00 Birr
Have adequate storage area and can provide a delivery service to
buyer’s premise
2. Interested
Bidders gets the Bid Document at CIP Office upon a payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00.
3. Bids
must be delivered to CIP Office on or before 10:00 A.M. April 23, 2008 accompanied by a
bid security not less than 1% of the total bid price in the form of
C.P.O.
4. Bidders
should submit their bid document in a wax-sealed envelope.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who are interested to attend at 10:30 A.M. at CIP Office on April 23, 2008.
6. CIP
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
