FOR THE YEAR 2000 E.C.
1. The
Gambella People National Regional State Jikawo Woreda Office of
Admin. And council needs the construction of two offices and The
Gambella Peoples National Regional State Jikawo Woreda Office of
Education needs the construction of Nyininyang high school. Now
invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for providing the
necessary labor, material and equipment for the construction and
completion of the above work.
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchase by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
Regional Bureau of Education and Regional Bureau of Works and Urban
Development, P. O. Box 82, Tel. 047-551 00 10 and P.O. Box 35, Tel.
047 551 12 76 respectively and up on payment of a non-refundable fee
of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred/ for each complete set of documents.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents at the above office.
4.
All bid must be accompanied by bid security of 1% the project
cost in an acceptable (cash, CPO) from and must be submitted on or
before 21 calendar days starting from the first bid announcement
time and date up till 10:00 A.M. on closing date at the address
specific above.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same date and
place at 10:30 A.M.
6. The
period of construction for each building indicated in the document.
7. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
8. The
Gambella People National Regional State Jikawo Woreda Office of
Admin. And Council G/P/N/R/S Jikawo Woreda Education Bureau reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
