1. The
Somali Regional Education Bureau now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the construction of Jijiga Technical Vocational
College fence and domestic contractors shall be in the category of
GC/BC-5 and above registered with then Ministry of
Infrastructure and their license valid for the year 2007/2008 as
well as VAT registered.
2. Bidding
documents (and additional copies) may be purchased from the Somali
Regional Education Bureau Plan & Programming Service Room No.5, P.
O. box 210, Tel (05) 75 20 69 Or 75 35 85, a non-refundable fee of
Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr only).
3. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 25 days after bid opening day and
must be delivered to the above office on or before 4:30 A.M. that of
25 days after publication and must be accompanied by a bid security
of 2% of the bid amount in Birr in the form of certified check
(CPO). Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who wish to attend.
4. The
Somali Regional State Education Bureau reserves the right to accept
or reject the bids.
