INVITATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
OFFICE EQUIPMENT
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (Semera Region) invites sealed bid
from eligible bidders for the procurement of OFFICE EQUIPMENT.
1. The
Tender remains floating from April 30, 2008 until
May 20, 2008.
Bid Documents can be obtain from
ETC’s Legehar Building 3rd Floor Office Room No. 332
(Addis Ababa) during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit all their renewed
original license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are
registered) when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 3,000.00 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC fixed line (Legehar
Building) cashier, second
floor, Room No. 213, on or before May 20, 2008 at 5:00 P.M.
and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 3rd Floor Room No. 320 on or before
May 20, 20088 at
5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC (fixed line) Legehar Building 4th
Floor Room No. 420 on May 21, 2008 at 2:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bidding is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
