University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the

2. Bidders
are required to submit valid registration from the Ministry of
Infrastructure & the concerned Trade Bureau for the year in which
the bid is issued. The category of registration is BC/GC 6 and
above.
3. Bidding
documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the
Haramaya University Liaison Office in Addis Ababa, General Education
Curriculum Frame Work Development Department Building Office No.
355, in front of American Embassy, Tel. 011-123 66 01 Or 0911-20
89 04 for a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 150.00 (Ethiopian
Birr One Hundred Fifty) for each set. Bidding document may also be
purchased form the Purchasing and Sales department Office at
Haramaya University main campus.
4. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and must be
accompanied by a bid security of Br. 30,000.00 and shall be
delivered to Harmaya University Addis Ababa Liaison office, General
Education Curriculum Frame Work Development Department, Building
office No. 355, in front of American Embassy,
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia or at Haramaya
University Purchasing Office on or before 11:00 A.M. on May 15, 2008
at which time they will be opened in the presence of bidders or
bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.
