1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible Bidders for the
Maintenance of Photocopy and Fax Machines as per the details in the
tender document.
2. Bidder
should present renewed license for the current budget year,
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development for which they are registered on the supplier list of
summit their proposals.
3. Interested
bidders may collect the bid document up to May 2, 2008 from
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise head office Finance Service cashier’s
office near Gerji Customs Office upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr only).
4. The
sealed envelope should contain detailed information about,
maintenance and related price marked; “Photo Copy and Fax Machine
Maintenance.”
4.1
The original & copy of the technical envelopes shall be
sealed in separate envelopes and marked original Technical document
and copy of Technical document to EAE, Purchasing & Logistic
Administration Service on or before May 8, 2008 up to 10:00 A.M. and
the bid will be opened on the same date & time. Late bids will be
rejected.
4.2
The original & copy of the financial document shall be sealed
in separate envelopes and marked original financial document and
copy of financial documents.
5. Bidders
should submit a bid security of Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr )
in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee along with their offer. Bid
security in other form shall not be acceptable.
6. The
bid security will be sealed in separate envelope & marked bid
security.
7. The
technical envelopes will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their legal representatives at the EAE Head Office
Conference Room.
8. Financial
proposal of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall be opened
in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives after
technical evaluation is completed.

10. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
