The Ethiopian
Chip Wood and Furniture Company S.C. invites all interested and
Eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Wood
Preservative Chemical 10,000 kgs. Bidders must submit a currently
renewed License along with a photo copy of the receipt for payment
of at least 1999 E.C. government taxes. There fore:
1. Interested
bidders can obtain the bid document from ECAFCO S.C. commercial
department, upon payment of non-refundable fee of 50 Birr (Fifty
Birr only).
2. Bidders
should furnish as a part of their bid, a bid security of 2% on the
total price offered for the material in the form of bank guaranty,
CPO or in cash.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer referring the Bid No. in wax-sealed
envelope indicating technical and financial offers separately and
deposit in the box provided at commercial department until June 6,
2008 up to 2:00 P.M.
4. Bid
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives
ECAFCO S.C. reserves the right to
cancel the bid totally or partially.
