Re-Invitation for Bid

The Livestock, Crop & Natural Resource Dep’t invited sealed bids from qualified contractors of category (grade) BC6-GC6 and above for the purpose of the construction of GERALE NATIONAL PARK that is located at Hudet & Moyale woredas project site localities for constructing (guard house, offices and generator house and water storage reservoir.

1.      The LCNRDB invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders of grade BC6-GC6 classes and above.

2.      In interested eligible bidders can buy a complete set of the project bidding document from LCNRDB Natural Resource Dep’t submitting a written application with non-refundable amount of 200 Birr. Tel. 025-775-35 84 or 025-775-28 82.

3.      The bidders should renew their trade license for 2000 Ethiopian calendar. And also they should presentation a VAT registration certificate, tax clearance certificate.

4.      We notify to the participant bidders that the purchasing if the bid document are fixed to be 16/08/2000 to 18/08/2000 and bid documents will be collected from LCNRDB Dep’t of Natural Resource 1^st Floor, Room No. 14.

5.      We notify to the participant bidders the fixed date for last submission of bid documents is on Saturday 20/08/2000 at 11:00 A.M. morning local time LCNRDB / Dep’t of Natural Resource, 1^st Floor Room No. 14.

6.      The bidders should submit a bid security 2% from total project cost (type) CPO bank check.

7.      The bid will be opened on Monday Mazia 21/08/2000 (29 April 2008) at 10:00 A.M. morning local time as per announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.

8.      The bidders shall seal the original & copies of the bid in two inner envelopes i.e. outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as (original) & copies both for the (technical & financial).

9.      The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
