To all
contractors & category BC class 5 and above and with license valid
for the year and who can present registration certificate for the
construction service and VAT registration certificate from concerned
authorities.
1. The
SRS Investment Bureau wishes to construct the Lemedega fence
Project.
2. Interested
bidders may obtain the bidding documents from the license and
registration dep’t of investment bureau and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred only) from the date of
announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.
3. Bidders
should bring original and one copy of their renewed license with
written application to the above office.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount
in an acceptable form (CPO or bank guarantee bond).
5. Bids
must be delivered to the investment bureau not later than 14
calendar day after publishing on The Ethiopian Herald at 12:00 A.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives at 9:00 P.M. on the same day at the office of the
bureau head.
7. The
bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
