The WATER
WORKS CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE invites sealed bid from eligible
bidders for the supply of:
1. Double
suction centrifugal pump Qty 2 set
2. 150KW
three-phase electric motor Qty 2 set
3. 300KW
frame mounted diesel generator Qty 1 set
4. Motor and
Manual type Sluice value Qty 2 set
5. Vacuum
pump Qty 1 set
6. Overhead
crane Qty 1 set
N.B. A bidders has to quote for
all items mentioned above. Quoting for individual item disqualify
the bidder.
Interested eligible bidders may
obtain further information from the bidding documents at the office
of procurement service of WWCE Headquarter located in Guard Shola or
near Arrat Hotel, during the normal working hours.
A complete set
of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders, up on
submission of copies of renewed trade license, VAT, and Tax payer’s
registration certificate, receipt for tax payment or recommendation
letter from Inland Revenue Authority for the year 1999 E.C. and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 including VAT.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the bid amount
in the bank guarantee, C.P.O or certified check.
Bids must be
delivered in person to WWCE in wax-sealed envelope with statement “NOT
TO BE OPENED BEFORE MAY
7, 2008” marked on the
envelope.
Bids will be
closed on May 6, 2008 at
5:15 P.M.
Bids will be
opened on May 7, 2008 at
2:30 P.M. in the
conference hall of WWCE.
The WWCE
reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
