Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites all interested
and eligible bidders for the supply of Sanitary Materials.
1. Bid
documents can be obtained form the Administration and Finance
Department Room No. 619 during office hours against a non-refundable
payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) for each document from the
date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. All
bids must to accompanied by a bid security in acceptable form of
C.P.O. or bank Guarantee and 1% of the bid amount must be submitted
along with financial document.
3. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Housing Development project
Office, Procurement and Supply Department Room No. 621 or before May
10, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. Bidders should Provide one original and one copy of “technical” and
“Financial” documents separately.
4. Bids
(technical offer) will be opened on May 10, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. In the presence of
bidders or their authorized representatives.
5. AAHDPO
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
