Ethiopian
Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for the Purchasing of Personal Computers,
UPS, Heavy Duty and Light duty Laser Jet Printers, Line Printers,
Servers two processor, Server Rack and Network Card.
1. The
bid is open only to those who have registered for Value Added Tax
(VAT), renewed relevant license and registration of suppliers
certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
2. A
complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr).
3. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 55,000 (Birr Fifty
Five Thousand) in the form of certified cheque (CPO).
4. Bid
documents must be delivered to General Service department, Ethiopian
Insurance Corporation Head Office Building 7th Floor Room
No. 702 before or on May 23, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. and Bids will be opened on the same date in the EIC Conference Hall at
8:30 P.M. in the presence of
eth bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
5. The
bid winner must present 10% performance bon in the form of CPO.

7. The
Ethiopian Insurance Corporation reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
