FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ADOLLA
MAGNESIUM OXIDE FACTORY

Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites General
Contractors Category GC-6 and above with license valid for the year
2000 E.C. and renewed registration of Ministry of Work & Urban
Development, for Construction of Civil Works at different sites of
the project.
1. Bid
documents can be obtained form the Administration and Finance
Department Room No. 619 during office hours against a non-refundable
payment of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) for each document form the date of
the Issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable form of
C.P.O. or bank Guarantee and 1% of the bid amount must be submitted
along with financial document.
3. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Housing Development project
office Procurement and supply Department Room No. 621 on or before
May 12, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. Bidders should Provide one original and one copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” documents separately.
4. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on May 12, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of
bidders or their authorized representatives.
5. AAHDPO
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
