TENDER FOR LIQUIDATION SERVICES
The Shareholder
of Hiwot Transport and Technical Services S.C. have decided to wind
up the business. Accordingly, a liquidator has to be appointed.
1. Therefore,
we would like to invite eligible 2nd grade audit firms
who can fulfill the following requirements to participate:
1.1
Trade license (Renewed for current year)
1.2
Certificates of competence from the office of Federal Auditor
General.
1.3
Liquidation fee to be chared, clearly indicated with or
without VAT
1.4
Time to complete the liquidation process
1.5
List of staff members and their profile who will participate
in the liquidation process
1.6
Evidence of actual experience in liquidation activity-if any
2. Bidders
can have access to relevant information by either calling through
Tel. 442-13 09 (09 11-20 04 25) or by personal visit to the company.
3. Bidders
should submit their bid documents in sealed envelopes stating the
name of the tender and address and mail by postal address 14989 A.
A.
4. The
tender will be closed on May 12, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the
same day at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of Bidders or their legal
representatives at Ethiopian Red Cross Society’s Library.
5. Bidders
are not allowed to quite fees based on the quotations of other
Bidders.
6. The
Company reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
