invitation for bid
1. The
Liban Chukala woreda health office invites constructions of category
GC/BC class 6 and above who have a registration Certificate and
license valid for the year 2000 E.C. from eligible bidders for
furnishing the necessary labor, in Liben Chulala Woreda at Gongo
Kebele.
2. The
bid documents shall be available from Liben Chukala Woreda finance
and economic development office against payment of a non-refundable
fee of Birr 200 during working hours upon presentation of copy of
registration certificate, renewed license and VAT registration
certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of
Woreda Finance and economic development Room No. 5 or in addresses
022-119 09 70 Or 0912-23 22 32 Or 0911-36 27 63.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the Project
estimate in cash or C.P.O.
5. Bid
shall be submitted in one original and copy with financial offer in
sealed envelopes including bid bond in a separate envelope offer in
sealed envelopes including bid bond in a separate envelope together.
Failure to do this will result in automatic rejection.
6. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose
from announcement of this Bid for consecutive 20 (Twenty) working
days.
7. Bids
will be opened on 31st day of this announcement at 4:00
local time on the presence of bidders and/or their representatives.
8. The
department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
