I. INVITATION
FOR BIDS
National Alcohol
and Liquor Factory invites eligible management consulting firms with
profound knowledge and experience on project feasibility study to
submit their Technical and Financial proposals for carrying our
Feasibility Study on the rehabilitation and/or expansion of Potable
Alcohol Distilleries and Liquor Factories.
Bidder with
business and professional license valid for the current year and got
registered with eth concerned government offices shall obtain a
complete set of bidding documents or Terms of Reference (TOR) form
the Commercial Department of the factory, paying non-refundable fee
of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred).
Bid offer
(Technical and Financial Proposals) shall be submitted in different
wax-sealed envelopes labeled “Original” and “Copy” which applies for
both documents along with a bid bond in the form of certified check
(C.P.O) amounting to 2% of the bid offer on or before May 26, 2008 ,
2:00 P.M.
The Technical
Proposals will be opened at the presence of the bidders or their
Legal representatives on the same date at
2:30 P.M. in the Factory
Conference Hall.
The Factory
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
