1. The
Somali Regional State Bureau of Work and Urban Development has
sciurid budget that intended for the procurement of machine and
equipment that utilized by micro enterprise for the production
gravel, hallow block, and pre cast beam.
2. The
Somali Regional State Bureau, invites bid from eligible suppliers.
Bidders are required to provide a valid trade license from the
appropriate government body and registered suppliers list from
Finance and Economic Development Bureau.
3. Bidding
document (and additional copies) may be purchased at SOMALI NATIONAL

4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 8 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by security of not less than 2% of the bid account or
its equivalent in CPO or bank guarantee and shall be delivered to
the Bureau of Work and Urban Development of Somali National Regional
State on or before 4/5/08.
5. Bids
will be opened on the date indicated on No. 4 in the presence of
those bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the
same date and place at 5/5/08 at 4:30 A.M. local time.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part or the bids.
