RE INVITATION FOR BID
1. Awassa
Agricultural Development Enterprise (AADE) invites sealed bids from
suitable experienced suppliers for the supply of the following:

2. Bidders
must bid for the full quantity in a lot failing which such bids may
be rejected as non-responsive.
3. Interested

Bidders
may participate for one or more lots
The enterprise reserves the right to reject any
or all bids
4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid amount and must be delivered to AADE Logistic Office
at Addis Ababa before the closing time and date.
6. Bidders
will be responsible for delivering their bids on or before the
deadline shown above to the address specified in clause 5 above.
7. Bids
will be closed at 2:00 P.M. on May 30/2008 at AADE Logistic Office
Addis Ababa.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend at 2:15 P.M. on May 30, 2008 at
AADE Logistic Office, Addis Ababa. |
