Messebo Building
Materials Production PLC, a 2000 tons/day cement plant, located at
Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia intends to purchase on regular basis
thermal coal with the following specification to be used as fuel for
its cement factory kiln.

b) Total surface moisture 9.0%
c) Inherent Moisture 2.5%_3.5%
d) Ash 17% maximum
e) Sulphur 1% Maximum
f) Volatile mater 21% - 28%
g) Size 0 mm-50 mm
h) Annual requirement 90,000 metric tons
Suppliers are
invited to submit their offers for supply in shipments of 5000
metric ton to 20,000 metric ton in geared vessels on C and F
Djibouti parties are invited to furnish their offer along with
detailed company profile, record of past experience, to the
following address, within 15 days from the date of publication of
this notice.
