RE-INVITATION TO BID
SEMEN GEBEYA G/T/Share Company 2008
1. Semen
Gebeya General Traders Share Company invites all eligible local
detailed engineering design and tender document preparation
consultant to submit the technical proposal and financial proposals
to under take the consultancy service of derailed engineering Design
of G+4 complex stories Building and Access Radio Design located at
the capital city of the country. Semen Gebeya is 3.5 Km away from
the center on way of Addis Ababa to Gojam Road.
2. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by an interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application from
semen Gebeya board office addressed below upon submission of
non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) only.
3. Duplicate
copies of financial proposal (Bid offer) and technical proposal
(qualification information) shall be produced in different
wax-sealed envelopes labeled as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” separately for
both and must be placed in the bid box along with bid security in an
acceptable form bank amounting to 1% of bid offer on before
21/04/2008 at 4:00 P.M. at the same address below. Bidders must meet
the minimum qualification criteria for their bid offer to be opened
up qualified bid offer will be returned up opened to the bidder.
4. Qualification
information will be opened the presence of the bidders or their
authorized reprehensive, who choose to attend 22/4/2008 at 4:00 P.M. at the same after 5
days from the opening date of technical proposals i.e. on 29/4/2008
at 4:00 P.M.
5. The
Employer the right to reject any or all bids.
