The Afar
Pastoral and Agro-Pastoral Research Institute (APARI) invites all
interested and VAT payer Contractors of Category 5 and above with
license valid for the year 2000 E.C, for providing the necessary
labour, material and equipment for the Construction of Research
Centers at the following sites:

1. Wax-sealed
Bid Documents accompanied by Bid Security Bond of 1% of the Bid
amount, in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO, shall be submitted
separately for the three sites in compliance with the formal bidding
procedure, Addressed to the Employer and delivered to the
Consultant:

2. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of Bid
opening.
3. Bid
documents shall be inspected and purchased from the office of the
Consultants as of April 30/2008 up to the closing date of May
19/2008 at 10:00 A.M.
4. Bids
will be opened on the closing date at 10:30 A.M. in A. A AM Consult Office in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives.
5. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
