The Information,
Culture & Tourism Bureau of Somali Region invites Interested and
eligible bidders to bid for the supply of FM Radio Studio
Transmitter & Link Equipment with Accessories.
Local bidders or
agents must have their evidence of currently renewed license that
they have paid up all government taxes and certificate from Ministry
of Finance specifying that they have registered in suppliers list.
Also bidders must have to produce VAT registration certificate from
Inland Revenue Authority.
Bidders can obtain bid documents
starting from May 3/2008 from Administration & Finance Section
during office hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 500 (Five
Hundred).
Bids should be mailed in wax-sealed
envelopes to the Information, Culture & Tourism Bureau of Somali
Region P.O. Box 265, Jijiga, Ethiopia. The bid closing date will be
on May 15/2008 at 4:00 P.M. local time.
Bids should submitted along with a
bid bond amounting to Birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) issued in favor
of the Information Culture & Tourism Bureau of Somali Region in the
form of cash payment order (CPO) certified Bank Guarantee.
Tender bids should be provided in two
envelopes. The first envelope has detail supply of transmission
equipment as specification given.
Then the second envelope arranged for
installation and equipment unit price according to tender
instruction.
Tender envelope should be marked Bid
supply of FM-Radio Transmitter Equipment with accessories. Bid will
be opened on May 15/2008 at 4:05 P.M. local time in the presence of
bidders or their legal representatives at the Information, Culture &
Tourism Bureau of Somali Region, for further information please,
