The Somali Regional State, Information,
Culture & Tourism Bureau invites all eligible bidders having valid
licenses and registered from the Ministry of Works & Urban
Development with category GC/BC 5 and above for the construction of
the following works of Somali Region Mass Media Institute.
1. All
eligible interested bidders are invited to participate in the Bid.
2. All
interested bidders participating in the bid should submit legal
construction license valid for the current year and registered from
the Ministry of Works & Urban Development.
3. All
eligible interested bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding
document for the project upon payment of non-refundable 500 Birr
(Five Hundred) form the Somali Region Information, Culture & Tourism
Bureau Administration & Finance Section.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 1% of the
bid amount in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
5. All
bidding documents should be submitted, by completed signed & Stamped
with Original & Copy in separate wax-sealed envelope and must be
delivered to Somali Region Information, Culture and Tourism Bureau
Administration & Finance Section. The bid closing date and shall be
on 10th working days starting from the date of the
announcement in The Ethiopian Herald.
6. All
interested bidders should produce VAT Registration Certificate from
the Federal Government Revenue Authorities.
7. The
bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal
representatives at 10:30 P.M. on the same day of the bid closing at
Administration & Finance Section with the Bureau.
8.
The Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
