1. Tigray
Food Security Project Coordination Office has intended to construct,
office building at Tigray Region, Mekelle Town and now invites
sealed bids from contractors of category GC 4 or BC 4 and above.
2. The
bidder should have a license renewed and valid for the year 2000
E.C; submit VAT registration Certificate and evidence of
registration as a contractor.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at office of Tigray Food Security Project
Coordination office, along Adhawsi Road, in front of Catholic
034-440 95 07 Or 0914 70 71 88, Mekelle, Ethiopia.
4. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested
bidders from the same address specified above starting from April 3,
2008 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00.
5. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100,000.00 in the
form of CPO or bank guarantee. Securities submitted in another form
may be a reason for rejection. The bid validity is Ninety (90) days
right after the bid opening.
6. Sealed
bid documents. One Original and One Copy, shall be delivered to the
Tender Box found at the premises of the Tigray Food Security Project
Coordination, Procurement, General Service & personnel Office,
Mekelle on or before April 21, 2008, 11:30 A.M.
7. Bids
shall be closed on April 24, 2008, 11:30 A.M. and opened on the same date at
2:30 P.M. in the presence of those bidders who choose to attend at the Tigray
Food Security Project Coordination Office, Mekelle.
8. Tigray
Food Security Coordination Office reserves the right to reject any
or all bids. |
