VAT REGISTERED.
1. The
ANRS AGENCY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSE invites wax-sealed
bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor,
material, equipment and services for the construction of G+4 Mixed
use Building at Bahir Dar Kebele 04.
2. The
completion time would be 400 calendar days from commencement of
works.
3. Interested
eligible bidders can obtain further information from and collect the
bidding documents at the office of AGENCY Bahir Dar.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application with
original documents (License, VAT registration…) to the AGENCY and
upon payment of non-refundable Birr 1000.00 (One Thousand).
5. A
priced bid documents must be accompanied by a bid security in an
acceptable form (certified check, C.P.O. unconditional bank
guarantee) of at least 1% of the total bid amount and must be
delivered to the AGENCY prepared box.
6. The
dead line for submission of bids is on April 24, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. and the bid will be opened at
10:00 A.M. at the same date in Room 201 in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives.
7. The
AGENCY reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
