Enterprise invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of
Different Papers, inks, chemical, Films, Spare parts &
Accordingly,
Bidders can
collect bid documents from the Enterprise, Commercial Department
during working hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00
(Fifty Birr only).
1. Bids
shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes within 25 consecutive
days starting from the 2nd day of announcement during
working days up to 5:00 P.M. local time.
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a 2% of their total offer for bid security in
the form of Bank guarantee, insurance guarantee, or certified
cheque.
3. The
tender will be closed & opened on the 26th day in the
presence of interested Bidders or their legal representatives at
10:00 & 10:30 A.M. local time representatively. If the 26th
day is a weekend or public holiday, the bid will be closed & opened
on the next working day at the same time.
Bidders should attach copies of
renewed license, ministry of finance supplier registration
certificate, recommendation letter from Inland Revenue & VAT
registration certificate.
4. The
enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
