1. Interested
bidders can obtain the bid documents from Maichew Particle Board
Factory Project Office upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
100 (One Hundred Birr) form date of the issuance of this bid on The
Ethiopian Herald.
2. Bidders
must submit a photocopy of currently renewed and valid business
license.
3.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 25 of the
total price offered for the material in the form of ban guarantee or
C.P.O. (insurance bond is not acceptable).
4. Bidders
should submit their offer referring bid No. MPBFP 001/08 in a
wax-sealed envelope indicating technical and financial offers
separately up to April 15, 2008 until 2:00 P.M. local time.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on April 15, 2008 at 2:30 P.M. local time.
